Hi all,

Since Christmas i've been losing channels to the dreaded 'Not receiving a signal' message. Of the 9 (or so) Sky Sports channels i'm down to 3. A number of random others are disappearing now too.

I have a communal dish so before i go through the pain of the building management company i wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem and whether it's definitely a dish thing?

Some kids play on the roof of the building where the dish is occasionally so wondering if they've hit it with a football or something?

Would anyone recommend a move to the Streaming version of Sky for anyone with a communal dish?

Appreciate any help!

@Paul2222 It does sound like the dish needs looked at and realigned. Sky Stream has a number of differences, mainly you cannot record in the traditional way (although there is some limted cloud recording). You also need a fast and very stable internet connection with very strong wifi signal at the puck.
