@Phil+Stone Unless your Satellite reception is affected Sky won't routinely replace the dish as it is your dish, you own it.

If your present dish is affecting signal quality then it should be replaced free of charge.

Hi @Phil+Stone You will need to ask Sky. The chances are they will replace it free.

You can choose to pay a local independent installer if you wish: they'll charge parts and labour, including reorientating the dish.
