Unbelievable, I pay for Sky sports, trying to watch the Man City final match but all I get is 'loading please try later'. Phoned to ask what the problem is and all the operator said he reset my system and it should be ok in ten minutes, 15 minutes later still not working. Asked to lodge a complaint and all I got (in very broken English) to log on to make a complaint!. Meanwhile I have missed the match I wanted to see !!!!

@ANDY123X we're a customer helps customer forum only not sky support so no one will contact you directly

if you haven't already try switching off at mains for 5 minutes then restart

Can you try going direct to one or more channels 401, 858, 859

No issues watching via Sky Go app or the Sky Sports app on Fire tablet

Try watching it via the Sky Sports app on the Sky Q box?
