I have cancelled my sky I will send u the sky box back put am not sending the mini box's back as I payed 50 for each box so unless you give me my money back your not getting them back

Regarding the Sky Q mini boxes the £50 you paid for minis doesn't entitle you to keep them. The £50 was a one off upfront charge for activation.

All Q boxes including minis belong to Sky and are only rented for the duration of your Subscription. Failure to return them will incur non return charges.

@gill139 What you paid is a loan fee not a purchase price, all sky Q hardware is loaned equipment regardless of what was paid and must be returned on cancellation

failure to return will result in non return fees and sky using all legal options to recover the equipment

Hi @gill139 As already been said, the £50 one-off admin fee per box doesn't entitle you to keep loaned equipment. I believe the current non-return fee is £52 each. Even if you pay the non-return fee ownership still remains with Sky and they will still chase you for their equipment.

Can't believe that it's is getting switched off next week as they kept putting the bill up iv been a sky customer for over 25 years thsts the thanks you get thank any way I'll send it all back
