      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have checked broadband connectivity and all is good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;a black screen appears saying technical fault , then a larger blue screen appears with the message technical fault with this channel. Please try later&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i I am paying over £80 per month for a service that doesn't work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
