Q Multiscreen box fault

My box has an intermittent issue. When I first switch it on it defaults to a radio station rather than the last TV channel I was watching. When I change channels, the screen begins black but showing the iD info then shortly afterwards suddenly opens up to the full screen as normal. I have tried rebooting and changing the HDMI cable but there is no change. I have WiFi boosters in my house even though they are not essential.

Advice please.
