Engineer changed q box to help with a situation....now the box is so noisy and can hear it constantly....the other box didn't make this noise.....

Some Sky Q boxes are noisier than others. If it's too distracting then contact Sky and ask for another replacement until you get a decent one.

@Louise131 All Sky Q boxes make noise. The hard drive is basically active all the time. Some make more noise then others.

That isn't quite correct as in standby our box is silent. I suggest @Louise131 tries for a replacement as @Padam_Padam suggests..
