Where is installation menu?

i cant locate an installation menu! Using Sky Q.

hi @KristenN

that is a message from your TV's Freeview (or possibly Freesat) tuner and not SKY

To watch SKY you mus select the HDMI input your SKY box is connected to

FIXED! I feel kinda stupid as well as grateful, and so pleased it's now fixed.

Many people who never use the TV's own tuners don't think of them and the messages they may give - you are far from alone.
