Just rejoined sky, new box arriving tomorrow says take card out of old box. Can't do all old box returned. Does new box come with new card.

Returned old sky q box as terminated contract. Rejoined sky q does it come with new card as old card returned

No @Taff123 Sky will have expected you to have kept the original card. Are Sky delivering the box for self installation tomorrow or is an engineer coming?

Hi @Taff123 Unfortunately Sky assumes that you kept your Viewing Card. I would give them a call to check that they have sent you one or order one if not. This is a common senario on here.

There are delivered via Royal Mail so you are relying on the Postman.
