    <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't been able to access the channels properly. Every channel that is HD is frozen or it says no signal. Issue with satellite signal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been a customer for a number of years and this is the most dreadful period I've encountered.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am becoming bewildered with the product at this point.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-picture-problems" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-picture-problems&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
