Sky Q remote won’t control TV or AV amp

My Q box has just been replaced and all is working well except the remote won't pair with my Panasonic TV or my Denon AV amp. The old Q box remote used to control both but went back with the old Q box.

Ive done the sofrware update and when I go to pair the remote to TV where you'd normally have a list of all TV manufacturers there are none only a side bar going from A to Z vertically, when I select P ( for Panasonic) nothing comes up. On my existing minibox I've checked and it lists loads of TV manufacturers so not sure what's up with the main box, any ideas please.

@Charlie28uk HTry rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

Try resetting your remote.
Press the buttons 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice then follow onscreen instructions to repair the remote.

Ok, I can now pair my Denon AV amp with the remote but I am unable to connect the Panasonic TV. I can see Panasonic in the list but can't find my model and when I let it 'Try' and find a setting none of the 22 try's work. It's odd cos the old remote worked fine so I must of been able to set it up originally so I don't know why it won't find the correct code now. TV is a Panasonic model code; UE46F7000STXXU.
