No message (such as No signal ) on your TV?

Is the Q box on with Green led and are you sure your Q box is connected to HDMI 2 on your TV set?

Hi @Fieldgunner I don't believe that you answered the two questions. 1. Is the green light showing on the Sky Q box? 2. Is the Sky 2 box connected to HDMI2?
