AppleTV app not showing on mini box

I recently got a new mini box (i cancelled multiscreen then added it again so had to return then get new one) and for some reason AppleTV is not there on mini box. How do I find it to add to homescreen?

First, as you mention the mini has not been used for sometime/new, check it has the latest firmware software, then preform a refresh apps;

Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then select Settings then System Info.
Select Software version followed by setup.
Select Software download to begin downloading the latest software.
You’ll see the message Software update in progress. Don’t switch off the Sky Q box during the download. This can take up to 10 minutes to complete.
When you see the message Software download successful. Your box will complete the installation next time it goes into standby, press standby on the Sky Q remote to turn the box off. The Sky Q box should now restart itself.
Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear, then press Home on the Sky Q remote.
Check Settings to make sure the Software Version has successfully updated. If it hasn’t, repeat the software download process

Press Home on your Sky Q remote, then highlight Settings
Press 0,0,1 and Select to access the Installer menu
Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.

The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.
