    <description>&lt;P&gt;sky has not been working properly since last engineer visit. Both mini box and main box cannot operate simultaneously and 4K doesn't work. If I am unable to talk to a human on these issues then I would look to cancel subscription today. The engineer changed the box on the last visit, and said if this doesn't resolve the issues then the satellite is the likely issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;We are humans on here but you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is primarily a customer to customer forum.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;It isn't an issue with the satellite, it's possibly an issue with your satellite dish. If you want another engineer visit give Sky a call as before.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you say 4K doesn't work, can you add more detail there? Is that broadcast or downloaded or both? And what happens? Presumably you're paying for UHD?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
