    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have Sky q Multi room. One of the boxes is in an out building.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;this is hardwired from main router in the house with a Tether booster. All was working fine u til&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;we recently changed broadband provider to EE, and now I can't get the box in the outer building to work. Connects to Sky Q box in the house and everything fine (2 ticks) but states technical fault and doesn't display live tv.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have completed a full factory reset on the mini, cleared previous settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions please?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Afraid that Q minis will not connect reliably by Ethernet to non Sky Q devices unless all Q boxes are connected by the same method to the same Network devices.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
