UHD upgrade

Hello I've just bought a Sony 65 in oled 4k UHD Tv and I upscale on me sky Q box and already have a sky HD package with entertainment and cinema package.
Tried to watch evolution earth on sky channels then nature but it asks me to upgrade so does UHD have to be switched on by sky or is the UHD on sky Q box not the proper one.

UHD is a subscription at extra cost.

Accessing native UHD content requires the Sky UHD add-on. Without that it's your choice to have either the Sky box or the television set doing the upscaling from HD to UHD: a clue would be the television set itself is about ten times more expensive than the box

Thanks for advice but I registered with sky due to health reason with accessibility so I contact them.
