if you are referring to the remote connecting to bluetooth then all boxes are bluetooth.

Is your box an old mini box with an old remote, some old remotes were not bluetooth.

You can tell if the remote is bluetooth as they have a voice button either on the front or side

If you have a coice enabled remote then maybe it just needs pairing wit hthe box : in which case may I suggest you try a reset of your remote:

Press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light (red LED above the SKY logo button) flashes 4 times

Then press 1 & 3 together to go through to re-pair with the box and your TV - make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is paired it uses Infrared
