&lt;P&gt;What colour is the Q box led (on the right of the Q box when you get a black screen?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it is still Amber try&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;pressing the Standby button (the Amber led) on the front of the Q box.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this turns the Q box on &lt;BR /&gt;With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote. &lt;BR /&gt;Press and hold 7 &amp;amp; 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times. &lt;BR /&gt;Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the Q box led is green&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.&lt;BR /&gt;Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated &lt;BR /&gt;Press&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Home 1 0 8 0 Home&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;on the Q box remote control.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
