<title>topic Sky Q losing connection to internet regularly in Sky Q</title>
    <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Q/Sky-Q-losing-connection-to-internet-regularly/m-p/4632700#M643495</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;We recently changed our Broadband provider to Vodafone and despite having an Ethernet cable between our Sky Q box and the Vodafone router the Sky Q box keeps losing the internet connection. &amp;nbsp; It doesn't appear to be a router or internet issue as all other devices work fine. Only way to (temporarily) sort it seems to be rebooting our Sky Q box each time but then within an hour or so, or overnight, it's lost connection again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
