Hi @Andrea19661

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

Yes tested everything with a tv engineer reset the box used different remotes for other mini boxes in the house still not working

Check the following link and it will lead to a form for a replacement remote.

In the meantime if you have an Apple device with Sky Go you can set up a virtual remote to control your Q boxes.

Try pressing and holding 4+6 to turn it into an IR only remote (no voice control) then press and hold 1+3
