    <description>&lt;P&gt;Try a reboot of your Sky q box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Standby&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky Q remote, then switch off or unplug at the mains and wait for the lights on your Sky Q box to turn off.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Plug in and switch your Sky Q box back on at the mains.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Wait for the on-screen instructions to disappear then press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky Q remote.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also, try refreshing the apps;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky Q remote, then highlight &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;0,0,1&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;Select&lt;/STRONG&gt; to access the &lt;STRONG&gt;Installer menu&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Apps&lt;/STRONG&gt; then highlight &lt;STRONG&gt;Refresh all Apps on this box.&lt;/STRONG&gt; You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Dismiss&lt;/STRONG&gt; to return to normal viewing.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Prime hasnyworked on my Sky Q box for months. I have tried everything I have read to try and resolve this issue. I have restarted the box, refreshed the app, logged out and in again so many times and all I ever get is "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there actually a resolution that works ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually a resolution? Hard to say with such a pathetic generic error message from the Amazon app. There's not really a lot you can change. DNS servers perhaps?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
