Sky cinema channels not working

All sky cinema channels are pixelated and breaking up and all channels are showing the same thing.

You may have a slight dish misalignment .

Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.

Hi, thanks for this but all other channels are okay. Only Sky Cinema channels.

That's why I said slight dish alignment issue @fwalk

If it is minor only the weekest reception channels will be affected

Futher on to what @oldfella said,

Sky Cinema channels are all on the same transponder 12285 V

Which could explain the loss of service

Try one of these channels as I know that's quite a weak transponder.
