    <description>&lt;P&gt;It shows as MR104. It directed me to go to settings &amp;gt; status. &amp;nbsp;It then said Sky Q mini box not connected to Sky Q. . I have twice confirmed I wanted to reactive but once it restarts I still have no connection and get the same message. 2nd sky box also not working . Any ideas? Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
