If you've just ordered one using the form at the end of this link you'll just need to be patient.

It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer or larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the above you’ll have a spare.

My sky remote control has stopped working. I went online and filled in the form for a free replacement and I wonder how long the replacement will take to arrive. I have Sky Q . Thank you.

We can't say for sure as we're customers here. You're the second person to comment on a delay. Buy one from a supermarket then you'll eventually have a spare.
