      <title>Sky Q Mini Box not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the main Sky Q box and 2 x Sky mini boxes in my house for more than 1 year - all working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FOr the last week, the mini box in the kitchen keeps dropping out with connectivity issues and over the weekend it was not responsive to the remote control at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried rebooting the main box and the mini box and carried out a reset of the mini and tried to set up again but again, not responding.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I replaceed the kitchen mini with the mini from another room and it works fine so it is definitely the kitchen mini box so it looks like I need a replacement mini box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I go about getting a replacement box?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mike&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If the mini is not responding to the remote&amp;nbsp;Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.&lt;BR /&gt;If this turns the mini box on &lt;BR /&gt;With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote. &lt;BR /&gt;Press and hold 7 &amp;amp; 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times. &lt;BR /&gt;Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
