    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I upgraded from Essentials TV to Signature yesterday via live chat. Later on I saw a free trial for the HD upgrade in my app so ordered that. It's showing as active in my account but when I try to download HD content it says I need to upgrade. I can't see HD versions of signature package channels either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Live Chat is closed. Can anyone on here help or do I need to contact them via phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2684481"&gt;@jp2003&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;couple of things try&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;rebooting your main Q box ie &lt;BR /&gt;putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds &lt;BR /&gt;switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if the hasnt helped&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home &amp;gt; settings &amp;gt; system info &amp;gt; viewing card number &amp;gt; setup &amp;gt; viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
