Sky q mini box not working

Hi there, I cannot get my sky mini box working

for some reason it keeps cutting out and all I keep getting is a message saying that there's a problem finding my sky q mini box in the network

This problem has been happening for a while now but has constantly got worse

How can this be resolved??

Is your main box working ok? It sounds to be honest like a WiFi issue especially if it has been happening for a while. One of the main complaints with Q is the connection between the boxes/WiFi. You should contact sky. See what they can do regarding a booster.
