Sky Q freezing

Recordings are freezing and losing sound. Especially in UHD.

When fast forwarding it keeps jumping back. Also very laggy. I have disconnected the power and restarted the box but this didn't fix it.

@DaveC250 To be honest sounds like the hard drive in box is on the way out. Do you have a lot of stuff recorded/saved?

Yes quite a lot. I called sky yesterday and they went through some sort of reset with me. It was ok for a little while.
but playing up again now.
