Sky Q mini not connecting

We have just tried to set up a sky q mini in our summer house. It is connected to the Internet and we have a WiFi booster for our WiFi which is working as our amazon prime is working fine on the TV

We are getting an error message to check subscription which we have as we have multi room and other Q mini is working. We have done a reboot on boxes and WiFi

Assume the Booster is a Q WiFi booster.

Minis using WiFi will only connect to the Q WiFi mesh generated by Q devices.

It is a WiFi booster from our broadband provider. Is there something separate required for the Q and will it work with broadband that isn't sky?

Hi @GGB1

Minis certainly will not connect by WiFi to 3rd party boosters and yes it needs a Q WiFi booster.

Q boosters when using non Sky Broadband need to connect by WPS to another Q box. Either the main Q box or a mini if nearer.
