I am replacing my Sky+ box with Sky Q. Will the Sky engineer need to disconnect my broadband or will it remain connected during installation? I will need the connection for work.

There's no reason to touch your broadband at all - other than for the Q box to connect to it.

hi @i-a-n

No there will not be any interuption to your broadband when the installer swaps you to SKY Q

BTW You may wish to read some notes I have made for people considering switching from SKY +/HD to SKY Q
