Stuck on error mr108

Followed all the steps in previous posts nothing works! Got to this stage as Netflix wasn't loading so followed the shows and now stick on the for 2 days

Hi @griffter1

Try and reset the connection on the mini box, Settings > Status > Connection to Sky Q box and click reactivate, it will ask you to press the WPS button on the front of the main q box or the sky router (if you have sky broadband) assuming your on WiFi and not hardwired with Ethernet.

Hi thanks for the reply but it won't let me do anything just stuck on that page

Or just try this on the main Sky Q box

Home menu - Settings - Status. Does Watch on Sky Q Mini Box have a tick? Even if it does Select it and then Select Reactivate on the right hand side.

Hi @griffter1 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with any Mini boxes?

Did you manage to solve this (and if so how please?) I've got the same now and started the same with Netflix not loading. Stuck in this even after I reboot
