    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have a main sky Q box and a mini box. I have recently changed my BT hub and have reconnected both boxes to the new hub. The main box is fine but the mini box works when I initially reset the network on it but still says it's not connected to the sky q box. When it goes into standby mode overnight the next morning it just says not connected to the sky q box and I have to reset it all over again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When it asks me to press WPS on sky box is this referring to my main black sky q box or the white booster I have ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can do it by going to Home &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Setup &amp;gt; Preferences &amp;gt; Standby mode. Change it to active to stop it going into low power mode as Sky Q Mini doesn't play nice with 3rd party internet service providers, especially when standby mode is in eco mode, I've seen reports of it not waking up etc.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you so much for your advice. It turned out that the booster had disconnected from the main sky q box so the mini box couldn't connect . All sorted now &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":grinning_face:"&gt;😀&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
