Hi, my sons mini sky Q box is not working. I've reset it and the red lights come on because nothing was on so I reset it at the back remote control is not working. The only button is letting me press that works is?

Hi @Lylah+mae

It's only the Question mark button and the micrphone button which illuminate the remote LED.

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the mini box.
If this turns the mini box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your mini Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the mini box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

@oldfella Are you sure about the remote LED.?

Both my remotes for the main and mini boxes are able flash red with a long press on the power button to turn off the box and tv simultaneously.

I have only recently noticed this so might be something to do with the recent update to Q250
