&lt;P&gt;Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.&lt;BR /&gt;If this turns the Q box on &lt;BR /&gt;With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote. &lt;BR /&gt;Press and hold 7 &amp;amp; 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times. &lt;BR /&gt;Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 &amp;amp; 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Also check out the troubleshooting on this link &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q&lt;/A&gt; &lt;BR /&gt;It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels. If you’re on a communal dish you may initially need to liaise with your landlord or building management company.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for tips still not working without switching off at wall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Strange thing is that once running it is ok until next day when it won't start again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My thought is that q box is faulty as when it is cold it won't start up is that possible?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
