      <description>&lt;P&gt;Either your account has been compromised or someone might have accidentally changed it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please do this on your PC or Netflix app on a phone/tablet, this will not work on the Sky Q app&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Instructions For Desktop/Laptop&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you are on the log in screen, select "Manage Profiles."
