      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's part of my package and now I can't watch it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;would like it sorted asap and credit my account for inconvenience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;said open until 9pm for calls. Called at 8:55pm and cut me off and said call tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
