      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't get upgrade offer in email - tech difficulties coming &amp;nbsp;up on screen at first....retried and a then a number I can't get through to then comes up on screen....therefore cant access the upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ROI customer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
