Discovery plus premium

I added TNT sports to my subscription on April 3, 2024. But discovery plus tell me that I'm on their standard subscription and cannot access TNT sports via discovery plus app. Now on sky website they say if you buy TNT sports then you automatically get discovery plus upgrade to premium. I don't remember if this message was there when I bought this.

now could anyone enlighten me please

If you subscribe to TNT Sport through Sky (and pay Sky for your Subscription) then you can watch on Mini boxes (provided you have the necessary Monthly Multiscreen subscription). Also subscribing through Sky TNT Sport in HD is included and Discovery plus is upgraded to premium.
If you pay BT directly for TNT Sports on Sky then to receive TNT Sport on Minis you need to pay BT’s monthly second box charge. One monthly charge covers all minis. Also to receive TNT Sport in HD there is an additional BT monthly charge when subscribing though BT.

Thank you for your reply, however, I've been told by discovery plus support that they are not aware of sky plus discovery premium plans and I would have to pay to discovery directly £30 per month regardless of what I pay to sky, as I subscribed through sky
