Sky Mini Box Losing Connection

Hello,

Sky Q Mini Box keeps losing connection, TV and picture continually stutter and drop out meaning the box is frustratingly unwatchable.

I have tried resetting the box, resetting the connection, I have tried all steps advised and no luck.

Please help.

Hi,

If you are with Sky Broadband try the below

Reset your network connection on the box again and when it says to press the WPS button on the Main Sky Q box, instead of doing that try holding the WPS button on the router instead.

I have just tried and to no avail.

The box continues to freeze and stutter.

I would give sky a call and ask them to send out a Sky Q booster,

It will sit half way between the Main Q box and the Mini box to boost the signal

Once you have it use the below instructions to set it up
