I've cancelled my boradband on the 18th March. I've had an email saying I need to return the SKy Broadband Hub 4.2 and only received one box in the post. I've had no infomation on if I need to return my Sky Q Box or Sky Broadband booster. As i've said i've only recieved one box. Also I now have virgin media so if I don't need to return the sky booster can I connect it to my VM Hub 3. Any help will be appreciated

Thanks

Hi,

Should I also return the Sky Q Box in the box that has arrived for my Broadband. Sky haven't asked me to return Q or the booster. When I cancelled my multiroom and upgraded my broadband a few years back sky sent me 2 boces one for the minibox and one for the old hub so I would have thought they would send 2 or 3 for the Q box and booster.
