I have Sky Q. Screen tells me to reinsert viewing card. But I don't have one

If you don't have a viewing card, then you can't do much with sky q,

@Jeannieb Your Q box will have a viewing card if you watch any Sky TV service check the right hand side the card slot is theree pres the edge of tge cardcand it should pop out clean the gold conracts with a soft dry cloth and press the card back in.

If you are using an old Q box tonwatch free channels then unfortunately you can't eatch the channel thst gives you that message as it is encrypted.

Thanks I have done that and it works....

I didn't know there was a card only had it 6 months
