    <description>&lt;P&gt;Try resetting the network settings on the Sky Q box by going to Home &amp;gt; Settings &amp;gt; Status &amp;gt; Network setup &amp;gt; Reset&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From there reconnect it back to your WiFi and hopefully it successfully obtains an IP&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
