Sky Q touch remote does not work with the red button menu

When I go to the red button menu on the sports channels I get a menu to show me different options (eg. Different matches or golf tournaments). I am unable to scroll up and down to select different options with my sky q touch remote. Is there a way around this?

Hi @benster12345

I assume this is the original touch remote without buttons in the central area. Unfortunately you cannot scroll with this version when using the red button.

Yes this is the original touch remote without buttons. Is there no way around this?

I read on the community somewhere that if I go to the Home->Sport menu then in theory I can find the red button menu options there. So effectively I can still watch what I want to watch. Is that true?

Hi @benster12345

Cannot guarantee that all Red Button matches will be show in the Home - Sports menu.

However if you find them there then you can access them as normal.

Only Red button choices are affected by the remote issue.
