&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My skybox has now been in that state for at least 6 hours and my remote has no effect on the box and my tv &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;is not receiving any signal from the box.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky TV menu works but when I select a program I either get a technical fault with the channel or a blue or black screen, when I try to access recordings I either get a please wait message or an incomplete menu with no images, if I try to watch a recording I get a black screen and the sky box becomes unresponsive. Trying to use either on demand or catch up also results in the sky box freezing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried unplugging the sky box from the mains for a period of time (around an hour) and I also have updated the box without any change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2703201"&gt;@Xteenageidol&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You could try resetting the settings in the Q boxes hidden menu.&lt;BR /&gt;To enter the hidden menu press the home button and scroll down to settings but do not select settings.&lt;BR /&gt;With settings highlighted press 0 0 1 then select &lt;BR /&gt;Only Carry out the first Reset being Reset Settings as the others will wipe all recordings.&lt;BR /&gt;After the reset you will have to re-pair your remote assuming you are using a bluetooth remote by pressing 1 and 3 together on the remote&lt;/P&gt;</description>
