Once there, highlight "Status" and then choose "Reset" from the options on the right-hand side. Follow the provided instructions to establish a WiFi connection with your router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're using Sky broadband, you'll be prompted to press the WPS button on the Sky router. Remember to press the WPS button on the Sky router itself and not the reset button on the Q box, as the Network reset will automatically trigger the WPS process on the main Q box.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>My Sky Q box is giving me the following message: It looks like you do not have Internet connection right now. If you're already set-up we'll keep trying to connect. If you have changed your Internet password or eouter you need to reconnect to your network. Go to settings and check your network connection status to reset. Internet is working fine on all orher devices in the home. Has been like this since yesterday I have tried resetting but says it can't find a connection. Any help appreciated.</description>
