Remote not working sky q stuck on red

My skyq box is stuck on red. Tried repairing remote but nothing happens. When I get sky screen up on tv it goes blank every time I press the remote buttons?

Is this on your Mini box or main box ?

Hi @Nic12345

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
Try completely resetting your Bluetooth remote again. Box needs to be on to pair remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

Could be getting stuck in deep sleep,

Try turning it from Eco to Active in the sleep options.

Thanks have tried all that. Red central light comes back on & remote when pressed just causes a black screen to appear. Then Home Screen comes back on.
