Sky q remote not working

My sky minibox eemote has stopped working. Main box is fine but the minibox remote will turn on sky and change volume on the tv but none of the other buttons work. I have rebooted several times, changed batteries, pressed 7 and 9 (it only flashes twice and nothing at all happens when i press 1 and 3)

any ideas?

Hi @Prawne

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
Try completely resetting your Bluetooth remote again.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

Ok. Tried that; still nothing. I have to reset the batteries in the remote to make it flash at all when i press 7 and 9 and even then it will only flash twice. Nothing ever happens when i press 1 and 3
