I've personally seen mixed results connecting sky q to deco. It can work but needs some work to help it.

There's a lot of variables involved. If you get q and mini(s), they may be able to work together and use their own mesh, depending on your setup, placement of minis etc.

If you go down the route of connecting sky to decos there is a level of setup at each box and yes ideally each sky box will be wired to a deco unit.

I'm not able to post links but there is some useful reading on the tp link site "can sky q work with deco".

Due to lack of available Briadband I have needed to go to Star Link and then router to Mesh Deco X60 to be able to get internet around the house.

to this point had to stick with satellite signal and old HD BOXES. Do I now have a choice to go to Sky Q?

if I did, do I connect to the Mesh or the mid router due to the design of the main and mini boxes

Will I need to hard wire any connections?
