@PiyushGo It's highly unlikely the Q box will be replaced simply on the basis of one channel not working properly.

It would help if you could provide more details on what the issue is with this particular channel. Are other channels working?

Sky isn't responsible for transmission or other technical issues encountered by non-Sky-brand channels: they will however make an appointment for dish realignment if the box is having reception problems.

Is the YouTube service for the channel working?
