Have just changed to plusnet fibre, all appliances connected without issues but Sky Q main box will not stay connected to wifi

@Saint123 have you tried rebooting your router then rebooting you main Q box

Thanks for reply, yes have spent most of today talking to Plusnet and Sky technical, still not working, have rebooted, unplugged, tried the wps buttons, the smart tv right next to the Sky Q box has connected fine.

@Saint123 as it's not Sky broadband it will only connect to your plusnet router over the 2.4Ghz band and will not connect by WPS so you would need to locate the router and connect by putting the wifi password in the Q box

If the router is close enough you could try connecting it to the Q box by ethernet

Ethernet is unfortunately not an option, the WiFi connects but only for a matter of seconds before it drops out.
